01 概述?
安科瑞ABAT系列蓄電池在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是具有業(yè)界良好口碑的在線電池監(jiān)測(cè)產(chǎn)品,可以提前對(duì)失效的電池進(jìn)行預(yù)警及電池均衡,符合ANSI/TIA-942標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。該系統(tǒng)具有監(jiān)測(cè)電池的電壓、內(nèi)阻與內(nèi)部溫度的功能,安裝、維護(hù)與接入非常方便。系統(tǒng)主要由ABAT-S模塊、ABAT-C模塊及采集器組成,可通過(guò)采集器查詢告警與實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)、設(shè)置參數(shù)等,可選配監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化集中管理。

采集器起到一個(gè)管理主機(jī)的作用,用于讀取前端單電池監(jiān)測(cè)子模塊的電池監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,可估算每節(jié)及整組電池的剩余容量。所有運(yùn)行參數(shù)都可通過(guò)模塊面板直接設(shè)置,采集到的數(shù)據(jù)可直接查看。采集器會(huì)自動(dòng)定期保存電池關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù),并可通過(guò)RS485口或網(wǎng)絡(luò)口上傳給第三方監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。一個(gè)采集器至多可管理六組電池,可管理模塊數(shù)多達(dá)960個(gè)。

采集器通過(guò)自帶的四組UART口與前端單電池監(jiān)測(cè)子模塊通信,可讀取電池電壓、內(nèi)阻、溫度及充放電電流、環(huán)境溫度等數(shù)據(jù)。

ABAT-S電池監(jiān)測(cè)模塊(簡(jiǎn)稱S模塊)是在線電池監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器,可以嵌入到現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)每節(jié)后備電池的電壓、內(nèi)阻與電池負(fù)極溫度的在線監(jiān)測(cè),符合ANSI/TIA-942標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)向S模塊發(fā)送MODBUS命令控制與讀取數(shù)據(jù),并執(zhí)行內(nèi)阻測(cè)試,每個(gè)S模塊都有一個(gè)可設(shè)置的地址。S模塊安裝與接線極其簡(jiǎn)單方便,可直接貼到電池上,并采用可拆卸連接線,施工時(shí)不影響電池運(yùn)行。

S模塊須通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的RS485或RS232接口后才能接入到監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,模塊由電池直接供電。

電流溫度監(jiān)測(cè)模塊(簡(jiǎn)稱C模塊)是在線電池監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器,可以嵌入到現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電池組充放電電流與環(huán)境溫度的在線監(jiān)測(cè)。監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)向C模塊發(fā)送MODBUS命令控制與讀取數(shù)據(jù),每個(gè)C模塊都有一個(gè)可設(shè)置的地址。C模塊安裝與接線簡(jiǎn)單方便,可直接貼到電池上,并采用可拆卸連接線,施工時(shí)不影響電池運(yùn)行。

C模塊須通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的RS485接口后才能接入到監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,需另外配置電流互感器。模塊需由外部DC12V供電。
