光伏逆變器是整個(gè)光伏發(fā)電體系的系統(tǒng)中最重要的一個(gè)部分,逆變器的效率決定著光伏發(fā)電的效率,所以需要實(shí)現(xiàn)高可靠性是一個(gè)逆變器的重要指標(biāo)。
本文講述采用基本半導(dǎo)體的單通道隔離柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器BTD3011作為逆變管子的驅(qū)動(dòng),最高可支持5700Vrms的隔離電壓,集成了VCE過(guò)流保護(hù)、軟關(guān)斷功能、原副邊欠壓保護(hù)、副邊電源正負(fù)壓穩(wěn)壓功能,極大的簡(jiǎn)化了外部電路設(shè)計(jì),可用于驅(qū)動(dòng)1200V以下大功率IGBT器件。
BTD3011可靠性極高,它還提供獨(dú)特的功能,如單獨(dú)的上拉/下拉輸出、UVLO故障時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)器關(guān)閉以及精確的時(shí)間可編程性,BTD3011提供與光耦合柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器相比,使用壽命更長(zhǎng),是電機(jī)傳動(dòng)、光伏逆變器、儲(chǔ)能變流器和電機(jī)控制應(yīng)用的理想選擇。

BTD3011應(yīng)用于10KW光伏逆變器的優(yōu)勢(shì):
1. 支持5700Vrms的隔離電壓,峰值輸出電流高達(dá)15A,傳輸延時(shí)低至 90ns,可耐受100kV/us CMTI,可靠性極高,可滿足工程師耐受電壓的設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到高集成度、低傳播延遲的目的。
2. BTD3011與光耦合柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器相比,使用壽命更長(zhǎng),可靠性更高。
3. BTD3011的工作溫度–40~125℃,封裝SOP16,具有小尺寸安裝的靈活性和成本效益。
4. BTD3011最高支持開(kāi)關(guān)頻率250kHz,副邊電源最高支持30V,高集成度及高性能,滿足10KW光伏逆變器的市場(chǎng)。
5. 基本半導(dǎo)體單通道隔離柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)器BTD3011可替代SKYWORKS的SI8273DB-IS1R。
