電芯體積變化的重要性與原因分析
The change of cell volume can be divided into solid swelling caused by side reaction and anode lithium plating and gassing swelling caused by formation, storage and abuse.Therefore, the volume test can be used to study the formation, electrolyte R&D, abuse improvement and so on.
電芯體積的變化可以分為由副反應與陽極嵌鋰引起的硬膨脹和化成及濫用等過程引起的產氣膨脹;所以,對于電芯體積的監控可用于研究其化成工藝、電解液配方、濫用性能等開發與優化等。
