DPHY在high-speed模式下有雙向傳輸?shù)墓δ軉幔课铱磀phy的協(xié)議里有這么兩段描述,不太理解什么意思?

答:一個(gè)通用的Lane中包含LP-TX、LP-RX、HS-TX、HS-RX和LP-CD模塊,所有收發(fā)模塊均共用同一個(gè)差分線Dp,Dn(在LP模式下,為兩根單獨(dú)的信號(hào)線)。整個(gè)Lane通過(guò)PPI接口(PHY Protocol Interface)與系統(tǒng)的其他部分連接。

D-PHY中一共有三種Lane,Unidirectional Clock Lane、Unidirectional Data Lane以及Bi-directional Data Lane。針對(duì)Bi-directional Data Lane是可以支持HS的turnaround的,也可以是支持LP的turnaround的。

TX端反轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)據(jù)通信方向請(qǐng)求(Turnaround):LP11→LP10→LP00→LP10→LP00;

隨后,等待一段時(shí)間后,RX端接管,并切換為TX端發(fā)送:LP00→LP10→LP11,切換完成。如下圖所示:

注意,HS模式下,為差分信號(hào)傳輸,信號(hào)電平在100mV~300mV(200mV的壓擺);LP模式下,為單端信號(hào)傳輸,信號(hào)電平在0~1.2V(1.2V壓擺)。HS模式下,信號(hào)傳輸速度可達(dá)80Mbps~1Gbps(v1.0)或80Mbps~1.5Gbps(v1.1),

HS模式有時(shí)也被稱為Busrt Mode,Low Power Mode包括Control Mode和Escape Mode。

注意,Burst Mode和Escape Mode之間不可以直接來(lái)回切換,必須通過(guò)Control Mode進(jìn)行中轉(zhuǎn),即:Burst Mode <-> Control Mode <-> Escape Mode。
