一 概述
在電路控制中,兩路輸出信號之間經常需要互鎖,即當施加第一路輸入信號時,第一路輸出端工作,第二路輸出端就被鎖住;當施加第二路輸入信號時,第二路輸出端工作,第一路輸出端被鎖住;
而當兩路輸入信號同時施加時,兩路輸出端都不工作。現有的互鎖電路主要采用軟件編程或帶有互鎖功能的機械開關實現,軟件編程實現的互鎖電路成本較高,專業性較強,應用普遍性差;機械開關體積大,不適用于在產品電路中應用。
互鎖電路是指:幾個回路之間,利用某一回路的輔助觸點,去控制對方的線圈回路,進行狀態保持或功能限制。一般對象是對其他回路的控制。
二 互鎖原理
互鎖是斷路器在合閘和分閘時,如果其中有一個動作而另一個沒動作(如合閘),則兩個都處于分閘狀態。
互鎖可以起到防止誤操作、減少事故的發生、保護設備和人身的安全。
原理:
當斷路器的控制回路接通后,若要使主電路斷開,必須先使控制回路中的觸頭閉合;若要使主電路閉合,也必須先使控制回路中的觸頭斷開.這樣在兩個觸點間便產生了電磁吸力而使兩觸點不能分開.這種電磁吸力的大小與它們之間的電氣聯接電阻值有關。當電流超過規定值時(例如短路故障),繼電器常發出信號并切斷電源.由于繼電器的線圈有滅弧作用,所以能可靠地保護被保護的設備不受過電流的損傷.但是當斷路器處在非正常工作狀態下(例如合上或斷開負荷)或在正常工作時突然停電時,其線圈將產生較大的瞬間電壓而把銜鐵吸住而不能釋放所控制的線路和設備。
三 互鎖的作用
斷路器互鎖廣泛應用于電力系統、工業自動化、石油化工、航天航空等領域,主要起到保護電力設備和工人的作用。在電力系統中,斷路器互鎖可以避免發電機、變壓器等電力設備在操作或維修時的誤操作,從而提高電力系統的穩定性和安全性。在工業自動化、石油化工等領域,斷路器互鎖可以避免高壓電源對工業自動化設備和人員的影響,提高工作效率和安全性。

4.1 創建一個Demo
復制4.2_hal_UART示例工程,到同一個文件夾下,修改文件名為6.0_CSE7759B,如圖:

在我們長期投身于蜂窩物聯網 ODM/OEM 解決方案的實踐過程中,一直被物聯網技術碎片化與產業資源碎片化的問題所困擾。從產品定義、芯片選型,到軟硬件研發和測試,物聯網技術的碎片化以及產業資源的碎片化,始終對團隊的產品開發交付質量和效率形成制約。為了減少因物聯網碎片化而帶來的重復開發工作,我們著手對物聯網開發中高頻應用的技術知識進行沉淀管理,并基于 Bloom OS 搭建了不同平臺的 RTOS 應用生態。后來我們發現,很多物聯網產品開發團隊都面臨著相似的困擾,于是,我們決定向全體物聯網行業開發者開放奇跡物聯內部沉淀的應用技術知識庫 Wiki,期望能為更多物聯網產品開發者減輕一些重復造輪子的負擔。
