從城市火災自動報警遠程監控管理網絡系統的需求出發，設計并實現了基于Windows
CE.NET 的消防監控終端。 該文對其工作原理、硬件構成和軟件設計進行了介紹。該監控終端實現了火災自動報警系統和監控管理中心之間數據的遠程通信，對入網的火災自動報警系統實現了24 小時實時監控，有效解決了目前消防監控領域存在的問題。對其它遠程數據傳輸或無人值守系統有一定的參考價值。

Abstract: According to the requirements of the city fire autoalarm remote monitoring net, the
Windows CE.NET-based fire monitor is designed and realized. Its basic principle , component of hardware, and application are introduced in this article. The monitor is monitoring uninterruptedly the fire autoalarm system,and realizes remote communication between the fire autoalarm system and the administration center.,thereby solve effectively the present problems in the field of fire.It ’s also referable to other remote data transmission system or unwatched system.
